How long does it take to get my order?

For items purchased on this website. As most of the products we carry must be designed, verified, produced and shipped, the whole process can take a while to be finalised, but if your artwork is ready to go, once everything has been confirmed and verified, most products will be dispatched within 10 to 14 business days.

Delivery in Sydney is usually next day. Victoria is 2-3 days. Allow 5+ days to Perth. We will use the quickest, most cost-effective way to get your parcel to you.

Please note that if you live in Sydney, we also offer collection from our office in Seven Hills!

Can I use photos?

We can put your photo on pretty much anything! From mugs and stubby holders, to t-shirts, hats and stickers.

Please note that if using a photo, this is exactly how the image will appear on your product, if the photo is blurry, it will remain blurry – we always confirm art with the customer before producing and shipping the product.

What do your prices include?

Our prices include GST, all communication and email proofs, and minor artwork changes. Any major artwork alterations required may incur additional fees – which will be communicated prior to commencement.
